The best way to determine if a product has CBD oil or hemp oil is to look at the ingredients listed on the packaging.
Hemp-based products will clearly say hemp oil or hemp seed oil in the ingredients list. Hemp oil products may also say “cannabis seed oil” or “Cannabis Sativa seed oil,” this is the official name of the plant, not CBD. Pure CBD products, will list ingredients such as cannabidiol or CBD.
