Cloud Creamery began when Chef David Yusefzadeh realized he could combine decades of fine-dining experience with his passion for cannabis into America’s favorite dessert: ice-cream. The mission was simple. To offer a thoughtful and delicious alternative to opioids and steroids, while providing only the freshest and best ingredients. We are proud to say that every element of Cloud Creamery ice cream is 100% natural and sustainably sourced.
David Yusefzadeh is a chef and food designer based in Boston, Massachusetts. His illustrious culinary career has taken him around the world – from a Michelin star restaurant in Hong Kong, to fine Italian in downtown Chicago, and now back to Massachusetts where he currently resides.
David is the pioneer and mastermind behind Cloud’s recipes and presentation. And for David, Cloud is more than just healthy ice cream. Being diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in 2011, Cannabis has allowed him to function in his every day life without the need for debilitating steroids and opiates.
